Pop Challenge Day!
Today I challenge you to make your meal plan for a week. Start it on the day of your choice and plan out 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, and snacks for 7 days. Get the groceries that you need for your plan and then stick to your plan. Make a realistic plan, obviously cooking at home is the best option, but if you have a office lunch next week, just plan for it. BUT, if it’s not in your plan then don’t do it. No last minute running to McDonalds to grab dinner. No happy hour drinks and appetizers (unless it’s in your plan).
I will report back my plan for the next 7 days. It will start on Saturday and go through next Friday.
