Pop Challenge #1!!!!!

Yep, that’s right…. a POP CHALLENGE for the day!  

The challenge, if you choose to accept it is to drink at least 12 cups of water today.  That’s 96 oz.

There are so many reasons you should drink lots of water every day, but a biggie is that it helps flush out your system and helps lose weight.  Another biggie for me is that staying hydrated helps prevent headaches.  I get some awful headaches, so I try to stay hydrated so I can prevent as many as possible.
